Defendant Jack Sturm appeals as of right from the verdict of the jury finding him liable to plaintiff for injuries sustained as a result of an automobile accident that occurred in Indiana. (Docket No. 111578). Sturm was the driver of the car and plaintiff was a passenger. Both are Michigan residents.
