This is an appeal, by allowance, from a memorandum opinion and order of the Superior Court which affirmed an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Wyoming County dismissing criminal charges which had been lodged against James Joel Turrell, the appellee herein 391 Pa.Super. 642, 563 A.2d 195.
