This appeal challenges the District Attorney's conduct in obtaining — by subpoena returnable to himself — defendant's clothing and personal effects which were taken at the time of arrest and held at the jail during pretrial confinement. We conclude that in this case defendant suffered no constitutional deprivation, and that the conviction should be affirmed despite the District Attorney...
