Plaintiffs Francis and Vicky Hall filed this tort action against defendant Harmony Hills Recreation, Inc., on July 3, 1986, in Tuscola Circuit Court. The Halls alleged that Francis Hall fell and injured himself while he was a business invitee at defendant's bowling alley on February 3, 1984.
