Before this court is a motion for summary judgment filed by defendant Standard Oil Company. It is Standard Oil's contention that plaintiff Hill's action is barred by 75 Pa.C.S. §4702.1 regarding the limited liability of inspection stations.

This action arises out of a collision between vehicles operated by defendants Vernie Smith and Kevin Weum on November 4, 1984....
