This opinion is occasioned by the Debtors' motion to reinstate the automatic stay filed with this Court on February 7, 1989 to prevent Federal National Mortgage Association ("FNMA") from foreclosing its mortgage on a house formerly owned by the Debtors at 928 Selwyn Road, Cleveland Heights, Ohio (the "Property"). The Debtors sold the Property on August 4, 1988. This apparently straightforward sale of a modest home...
