Plaintiff-appellant, William Dunn, appeals from the trial court's granting of summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees. Appellant advances two assignments of error:

"I. The trial court erred in granting defendants-appellees' motion for summary judgment in ruling that plaintiff-appellant was raising new conditions on his court appeal in his workers' compensation claim as no new issues...
