Appellee, Peggy J. Cooley, was injured on March 15, 1986, apparently in the course of her employment with appellant, Lawson Milk Company (now, Dairy Mart Corporation). While appellee's right to participate in the Workers' Compensation Fund was granted, a number of issues relating to her claim were not addressed in the original order.
