The prosecutor appeals by leave granted from a Recorder's Court order which suppressed defendant's1 incriminating statement. The trial court suppressed defendant's confession because defendant was not taken immediately before the juvenile court as required by MCL 764.27; MSA 28.886. The prosecutor argues that the trial court erred in not considering the totality of the circumstances...
