Per Curiam.

Defendant Marvin Beach appeals from the denial of his petition for post-conviction relief and from the trial court's denial of his motion to vacate this ruling. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.

For his second assignment of error, defendant contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion for post-conviction relief because, he contends, the order and journal entry which affirmed his conviction have been reversed...
