The debtors, Louis and Elizabeth Steinbrecher, have initiated an adversary proceeding challenging a secured proof of claim filed by Mid-Penn Consumer Discount Company. The claim was filed in the amount of $8,441.11 and is based upon a series of loan agreements which began in August 1985 between these parties.
