Defendant appeals as of right from the trial court's order granting plaintiff's motion for summary disposition, brought pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10), and denying defendant's motion for summary disposition, brought pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(4), (5), (7), (8) and (10). Defendant raises several issues on appeal. We affirm.
