William Bigge sued his former employer Albertsons, Inc., for alleged violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. This appeal concerns count two of Bigge's complaint in which he alleged that Albertsons terminated him in retaliation for his opposition to unlawful and discriminatory employment practices.
