This is an appeal by International Longshoremen's Association (ILA) Local 1988 from a judgment by the trial court finding it liable for damages for failure of fair representation of three union members in a labor dispute between the plaintiffs and the union and between the plaintiffs and Pensacola Steamship Association, Inc. (PSA) for whom the plaintiffs worked in checking the loading and unloading of ships at the Port of Pensacola, Florida...
