Appellant, a fabricator of false immigration documents1 in violation of 8 U.S.C. 1160(b)(7)(A)(ii)2 entered into a guilty plea agreement. He now contends that the Government violated the agreement at sentencing. We affirm.

It is of course a truism that the Government is bound by its plea agreements. U.S. v. Pogue, 865 F.2d 226
