Defendant Rodrigo Vasquez appeals his conviction for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute at least five kilograms of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. Vasquez contends that the trial court committed reversible error in admitting evidence of threats against a government confidential informant made by a co-conspirator, and that the properly admitted evidence was insufficient to show that Vasquez had joined the conspiracy.
