Before this court is an appeal from the district court's upward adjustment of a sentence imposed under § 3C1.1 of the United States Sentencing Guidelines following a guilty plea. Defendant-appellant Daniel Teta objects to the court's finding that he willfully obstructed justice pursuant to Guideline § 3C1.1 by failing to appear for arraignment.
