Washington appeals the trial court's dismissal of his breach of contract action against his homeowner's insurer Allstate. We affirm.

Washington alleged that Allstate failed to pay for property damage to his home covered under an insurance policy issued to him by Allstate; Washington attached the Allstate policy to his complaint.
