Defendant Ira Silverman was sentenced by this court on August 23, 1988 following his plea of guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute cocaine, a violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), pursuant to a plea agreement entered into by defendant and the government on April 25, 1988.
