Defendant, Jefferson Industrial Bank, appeals from a summary judgment rendered in favor of plaintiff, United Bank of Lakewood. We affirm.

This matter arises from loans made by United Bank and Jefferson Industrial Bank which were secured by liens on property owned by Golden Centre, Ltd., a partnership.
