Several former employees of American Standard, Inc. who lost their jobs in a plant shutdown brought suit against their former employer and its pension board, alleging that the company had illegally interfered with their right to "creep" into a special retirement pension in violation of § 510 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA"). The employees also brought suit for various violations of the applicable collective bargaining...
