OPINION

PER CURIAM.

The issue on appeal is whether the superior court erred in affirming a factual determination made by the Workers' Compensation Board that Fred A. Hagel did not sustain a new injury or aggravate a pre-existing injury while working for King Steel, Inc. We conclude that the Workers' Compensation Board's findings of fact and conclusions of law are supported by "substantial evidence in light of the whole record," Bailey v. Litwin Corp....
