WILKINS, Circuit Judge:

Edward W. Murray and Edward C. Morris appeal the judgment of the district court entered in favor of James E. Johnson on his claim that he was deprived of a protected liberty interest without due process of law in violation of the fourteenth amendment and 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983 (West 1981). Finding no liberty interest implicated, we reverse.
