This is an appeal from a final judgment and commitment in a criminal case. Appellants Silverio Corral and Jesus Valdez were indicted for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The appellants' motion to suppress was denied. Following the denial of the motion to suppress, both appellants entered conditional guilty pleas, reserving the right to appeal the denial of the motion...
