Defendant City of Detroit appeals from a circuit court order granting summary disposition in favor of plaintiff Gary Lazarus. Plaintiff sued defendant to obtain benefits under defendant's retirement plan and for compensation for unused sick leave days. Plaintiff moved for summary disposition under MCR 2.116(C)(10), which the court granted, finding that plaintiff was entitled to the relief requested. We affirm.
