Donnie G. Brunson was convicted under 18 U.S.C.A. § 215 for soliciting a commercial bribe. He appeals on the ground that the district court erroneously departed upward from the Sentencing Guidelines without considering the applicable sentencing-adjustment provided in section 3B1.3. Brunson did not raise this issue below. We find no plain error and affirm.
