OPINION

PER CURIAM.

Sterling M. Jackson pled no contest and was convicted of one count of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the fourth degree, cocaine, a class C felony, AS 11.71.040(a)(3)(A). Jackson reserved the right to appeal the trial court's denial of his motion to to suppress. See Cooksey v. State, 524 P.2d 1251 (Alaska 1974). We reverse.
