Terrence G. Johnson appeals the district court's denial of his petition for federal habeas corpus relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. During his trial, a juror told the trial judge in camera that she thought the jury foreman was racially prejudiced because he had told her, "the blacks are sticking together." The judge did not notify Johnson or his attorney of this incident...
