Defendant-appellant Vernon Powell appeals his conviction of five drug-related charges. He argues that two counts of his indictment were multiplicitous, that his sentence for a firearm offense constituted cumulative punishment and that the district court improperly excluded the guilty plea testimony of a co-conspirator. We affirm in part and reverse in part, and remand this case to the district court with instructions to vacate one of the two...
