The State of Missouri appeals from the trial court's action in sustaining respondent's motion to suppress in cases involving § 195.020, RSMo 1986, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. These charges arose out of a search conducted by a conservation agent who was looking for a wild turkey, taken or possessed illegally, that was allegedly in respondent's possession.
