Defendant-Appellant Mark A. Harris was charged in a three count indictment. Count I charged possession with intent to distribute three-quarters pound of marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1); Count II charged that defendant traveled in interstate commerce to facilitate possession of marijuana with intent to distribute in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1952(a)(3); and Count III charged forfeiture of U.S. currency, silver bars...
