Levolor Lorentzen, Inc. ("Levolor") appeals from an adverse judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee Ada Kern. Kern obtained a general verdict against Levolor on claims of wrongful termination, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and age discrimination.
