The appellant brought this action for breach of an alleged three-year employment contract. Maestri is the president, chairman of the board, and chief executive officer of P.A.M. In his complaint, the appellant alleged that, in March 1987, he met with Maestri to discuss his employment with P.A.M. and that Maestri agreed to certain terms...
