PER CURIAM.

Louis Kenneth Risken appeals from final orders entered in the District Court1 denying his Fed.R.Crim.P. 32(c)(3) motion to correct his presentence investigation report and his Fed.R.Crim.P. 35 motion to correct an illegal sentence or, in the alternative, for writ of habeas corpus. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm the orders of the district court.
