Calcasieu Television and Radio, Inc. and its sole shareholder and director, Russell Chambers, appeal the district court's award of attorneys' fees to NASCO based on Chambers's bad faith in conducting his defense to NASCO's breach of contract suit. 124 F.R.D. 120 (1985).
