This is an action for legal malpractice. Plaintiff, Earline Jo Jennings Smith, individually and as the executrix of the Succession of Bilwood Smith filed suit against Joseph H. Kavanaugh, James F. Pierson, Jr., Roy W. Talley and Marshall B. Brinkley as individual attorneys, as well as the various partnerships which the defendant attorneys created between themselves and their liability insurers. She alleged the defendants committed various acts of malpractice...
