Appellants (hereinafter "Property Owners") brought suit against Woolf & Magee, Inc. seeking a declaratory judgment and permanent injunction concerning Woolf & Magee's construction of a road on certain lots in a subdivision. Sitting without a jury, the trial court found for Woolf & Magee.
