Plaintiff-appellant Diana Hirschfeld filed an action against defendants under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, alleging that she was the victim of gender-based discrimination, retaliation for complaints of sexual harassment which she had filed, and constructive discharge from her employment with the New Mexico Corrections Department.
