Appellee Nelson Lee Hartgrove filed a negligence suit against appellant Wayne Meuth individually and doing business as Production Enterprises. Later, Hartgrove amended his petition to join appellant Meuth Enterprises, Inc. In his amended pleading, Hartgrove asserted that the corporation was the alter ego of Meuth. After a jury trial, the district court of Travis County rendered judgment that Hartgrove recover $339,968.50 from appellants. This...
