Vanya Haglof appeals the grant of summary judgment by the district court1 dismissing her claim brought under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-34 (1988) (ADEA), against her former employer Northwest Rehabilitation, Inc. We reverse.
