This is an appeal from a judgment of forfeiture in favor of the United States against Paul F. Born, III. The district court found that Born had used his one-third interest in property at 916 Douglas Avenue, Elgin, Illinois, to facilitate the felony distribution of cocaine, and ordered the forfeiture of that property pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 881(a)(7).
