In this action, plaintiff Charles Jacquin Et Cie ("Jacquin") alleged that defendants, Destileria Serralles, Inc. ("DSI") and Crown Marketing International ("Crown"), infringed on its products' trade dress in violation of section 43 of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a), and state common law.
