In this Lanham Act case, appellant Charles Jacquin Et Cie, Inc. ("Jacquin") alleged that Destileria Serralles, Inc. ("DSI") and Crown Marketing International ("Crown") infringed on its products' trade dress in violation of 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a) and state common law.
