This appeal is from a denial of post-conviction relief pursuant to A.R.Cr.P.Rule 37. For reversal, the appellant, Richard Roberts, alleges ineffective assistance of his appointed counsel on the basis of a violation of his right to a speedy trial.

We find no merit in Roberts's contention and affirm.
