Several years ago his father died. On July 15, 1989, his mother and ten-year-old stepsister were murdered, and since then orphaned three-and-a-half-year-old Terry Jefferson has been caught up in a cross-country legal tug of war that commands of our courts Solomonic wisdom and action.
