CANNON, Justice.

Maurice Parker appeals the trial court's dismissal of his action which alleged conspiracy, discrimination, breach of contract, tortious interference with a business relationship, and libel against the Veterans Administration. Parker contends in his single point of error that the trial court erred as a matter of law in granting the Administration's motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
