OPINION

NYE, Chief Justice.

A jury found appellant, Frances Tejerina, guilty of delivering cocaine and assessed as punishment fifty years' confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections, plus a $20,000.00 fine. By eight points of error, appellant complains of improperly admitted evidence, ineffective assistance of counsel, improper jury argument, and a fatally defective indictment, and that the trial court acted as counsel for a witness.
