In bankruptcy proceedings, defendant Norman Revie had been ordered to turnover a rare coin, known as the 1879 Coiled Hair 10 Struck Gold Coin ("1879 Coin"), to W. Steve Smith, the Trustee of the Estate of Shearn Moody, Jr. ("Trustee"). Revie failed to comply with the order.
