Jesse Zamarripa was charged with three counts of abusive sexual contact in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 7(3), 2244(a)(1), and 2245(3) (1988). The three counts alleged a series of three offenses occurring respectively in April, May, and June, 1988, and involving the same victim, an eight-year old girl.
