Defendant E.B.M., Inc. appeals from a superior court decision finding it liable to plaintiff Cab-Tek, Inc. for debts owed plaintiff by Acousti-Phase, Inc., a corporation owned and controlled by the same individuals who owned and controlled E.B.M. Defendant argues that the evidence presented at trial did not support the court's finding of a de facto consolidation, which justified the "piercing of the corporate veil."
